Onboarding process

All Partners are provided with onboarding support to get started with PrimaryBid integrations.

Our Distribution team will provide a run-through of the implementation process as part of a kick-off call, including the technical, operational, marketing/comms, and legal workstreams required. They'll be on hand at all stages of the process to offer support and guidance.

A typical integration project could take anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks, subject to the scope of work and downstream requirements on the partner side such as marketing campaigns and external notification services.

API access

Two unique PrimaryBid Connect API client accounts will be created and granted upon sign-off on all legal and compliance Partnership agreements.

The API client accounts include a set of credential strings (ID and secret) used to authenticate requests to the PrimaryBid Connect API on our Staging and Production environments.
